When new managers are promoted, they face a long learning curve. Many times, it takes more than six months, but often more than one year after promotion, to become autonomous leaders capable of making independent decisions.
This challenge is amplified during times of crisis, when uncertainty and high-pressure situations demand rapid decision-making and resilience.

AMA is an integrated framework designed to evolve and currently built on two key pillars:

  • AMA Leadership, aimed at accelerating the development of new managers into autonomous and effective leaders under stable conditions,
  • AMA Crisis Navigator, which equips managers and leaders with essential principles, strategies, and tools for effective crisis management.

AMA Leadership,

New managers need to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes to become self-sufficient. This process takes time we often don’t have. The AMA method creates a virtual laboratory for safe experimentation, allowing them to make mistakes and learn in a controlled environment with rapid feedback, thereby accelerating the journey to autonomy.
– The recommended duration for the AMA intervention is 3 months.

AMA Crisis Navigator,

As a step-by-step method based on the enhanced CARES framework, it offers leaders a clear guide for handling crises. It equips them with tools to diagnose, contain, assess, resolve, execute, and sustain through emergencies. Additionally, it emphasizes effective problem-solving under pressure and strategic planning post-crisis, helping leaders enhance and prepare their organizations for future challenges

AMA LEADERSHIP

– Improved problem-solving skills and emotional resilience.

AMA CRISIS Navigator

Objective:
equip leaders with a comprehensive tool for effectively handling crises with confidence.

Expected Outcomes:
– Capability to diagnose Crisis Readiness
– Ability to Identify Crises early
– Mastery of the step-by-step CARES framework

AMA Leadership:
Incorporates elements inspired by experiential learning, coaching, and cognitive behavioral therapy. It assigns a Development Partner (DP) who commits to 1-2 sessions per week with new managers. The DP is trained in the AMA methodology and can assess the weekly challenges faced by new managers, applying the most effective unblocking and learning method, called an intervention, on the spot.

AMA Crisis Navigator:
Is tailored for leaders facing unpredictable, high-stakes situations. It equips them with a methodology to diagnose, contain, assess, resolve, execute, and sustain during crises. This approach ensures comprehensive management and strategic response, minimizing disruptions and setting the stage for organizational growth and improved resilience post-crisis
